Silverio Di Girolamo

Founding Partner

Graduated in Economics from the University of Pavia, he holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law.
A Chartered Accountant and Auditor, he deals with extraordinary transactions, asset planning, company administration, tax consultancy, extraordinary transactions.
He has held senior positions in multinational companies in the technology, distribution and hotel sectors.

Sara Di Girolamo

Associate

He has significant experience in tax law, with particular reference to VAT and indirect taxation issues in general.
He also oversees generational handovers and asset settlements with regard to legal and tax aspects.

After gaining significant experience in multinational companies, he joined the Firm and works in financial control and auditing. In the latter field, he carries out his activities with reference to annual financial statements, consolidated financial statements and reporting packages prepared according to OIC, IAS/IFRS and US GAAP standards with a multi-sector approach.
