A graduate in Economics and Business from the University of Pavia, he holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law. She has extensive experience in tax law, with particular reference to VAT and indirect taxation in general. After gaining significant experience in multinational organisations, he joined the Firm, where he works in financial control and auditing. In this latter area, his work covers annual and consolidated financial statements and reporting packages prepared under OIC, IAS/IFRS and US GAAP, with a multi-sector approach. She has built up many years of experience in dealings with public bodies and in the operational management of professional firms. At the Firm, she handles governance, assurance and process management matters.
